House Administrator, SSJ Center for Spirituality
The House Administrator, as a vital team member, serves the mission of the Sisters of Saint Joseph by collaboratively overseeing the Center for Spirituality, Ocean Grove, NJ. The Administrator will work with the Program Director and team members, fulfilling duties and responsibilities as listed below. The person in this full-time, year-round position reports to the Sponsorship Coordinator.

HouseKeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities to ensure the facility is cared for and well maintained.

IT Clerical Assistant
As assistant to the Director, this position would serve in an administrative and record-keeping role. Incumbent’s principle responsibilities would include overseeing software licensing, contracted services, such as Zoom, Survey Monkey, Live-streaming, domain name renewal, etc. and the purchasing of needed equipment and supplies. The Assistant would also coordinate IT needs for meetings and other events.
